Updated October 7, 2026

This policy explains information handled when you browse RatePsychic.com, contact us or submit a comment or review.

Information you provide

When you email us or use a contact form, we receive the information you supply, such as your name, email address and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and address the issue you raise. Please send only what is needed.

Comments and reviews can contain a display name, your submitted text and other information requested by the form. Published submissions are public. Do not include private booking details, financial information, health records or someone else’s personal information. Your email address should not be included in the public review text.

Google Analytics 4

GA4 helps us understand which pages visitors use and how they interact with the site. Depending on browser and cookie settings, it can use first-party cookies and collect device/browser information and activity such as page views. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. Read Google’s data safeguards information for details.

Cloudflare performance measurement

We use Cloudflare’s browser-based performance beacon to measure how pages load for visitors, including page-loading times and related performance metrics. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics. This measurement is separate from GA4. Read Cloudflare’s data-collection documentation and Web Analytics privacy information for details.

Akismet anti-spam checks

Akismet processes information from submissions it checks to help identify spam. This can include submitted comment text, name and email address, along with technical information such as IP address and browser information. Automattic explains this processing in its privacy notice for visitors to sites using its services.

Website operation and outside services

Technical information may also be handled by the website’s hosting and email systems to deliver pages, maintain security and deliver messages. GA4, Cloudflare performance measurement and Akismet are the active analytics, performance-measurement and anti-spam services described here; there are no member accounts or newsletters.

Links, reader listings and recommendations may take you to another provider. Its own privacy policy applies to information you provide there. Check that policy before sending a question, opening an account or paying. See our legal notice for recommendation disclosures.

Your choices and requests

You can adjust your browser’s cookie settings, delete stored cookies or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking cookies can affect website features.

You may contact us to ask about information you supplied or request correction or deletion. Identify the relevant message or submission without sending unnecessary identity documents. Requests are considered in light of applicable law, security and records that must be retained; we do not promise that every record can be deleted immediately.
