So, a true psychic is always paying attention to detail and watching for signs. They can come in the form of something really overt and obvious, or something so small that it could go unnoticed. It takes relentless diligence to detect when the Divine is speaking to them through these signs, and must be practiced every day so that they don’t accidentally miss something important.

3. They practice what they teach

There are con-people in any line of business, but with psychics, it is harder than with most professions to spot a fraud.

When an 81-year-old woman became separated from her husband of 56 years, she wound up paying $900 to a company called Psychic Readings by Lauren. The psychic seemed friendly, and she was promised reimbursement if her husband never returned, but when he didn’t, the woman found it impossible to get her money back.

According to IBISWorld, the psychic industry takes $2 billion per year in the US alone. With the above story in mind, we decided to take a further look to see just how often this was garnered through fraudulent means.

Indeed, experts in the field acknowledge that there is a great deal of issues when it comes to spotting a fraud. The charlatans of the industry apparently coax information from their customers and then lead them into making higher payments to provide solutions.

Real psychics, however, don’t work like that; they operate through vibrations, and conversation is barely ever necessary. Simply put, inquisitive ‘psychics’ should be avoided at all costs.

If you’re having a reading, allow the psychic to point out some specific details about your life, but only provide brief answers that do not lead them on too much—if they’re a charlatan, they will come up with nothing. Psychics also usually con people out of money by telling them they are cursed.

Michelle Beltran, who charges $405 for 45-minute sessions, was named Psychic of the Year in 2017 by Best American Psychics; if you are not paying, she does not speak. Jusstine Kenzer, on the other hand, is a Los Angeles–based psychic who charges $375/session, and also remarked that a fake psychic will tell you that you are cursed and that they can remove the hex for a certain price.

She also stated that psychic readings are guidance, and that they are meant to inspire, not cure.

This is not licensed work, to be sure, but professional psychics can certainly be penalized for illegal business practices. A phone-reading company was fined $5 million in 2002 when it turned out they were charging $4.99/minute, with the employees being ordered to keep the phone calls going for ridiculous lengths of time.

According to Yelp reviews, many other customers have run afoul of Psychic Readings by Lauren. One customer was ordered to pay $1,000 to remove a hex on her romantic life. Her $100 deposit, for the first session, was never returned. Another customer was ordered to sleep with $7,000 in physical cash in her bed; she didn’t, because she got the distinct impression that she would be robbed in the middle of the night.

For centuries people have turned to mystics and clairvoyants for advice.  The need to consult someone who can view things from a higher perspective is just a part of human nature. But how can you know who to trust?

Studies show that approximately fifty-percent of the population believes in psychic. Almost thirty-percent are unsure.  That means almost 80 percent of people may acknowledge a belief in psychic power.

Whether or not one wants to seriously consult a psychic or they just want to be entertained, how do you know if a psychic is trustworthy and reliable?

Signs that things are not what they appear to be

• The psychic tells you that you have a curse that they can remove for a nominal fee
• You are given a warning that your future is bleak, but at a small cost, the psychic can change your future.
• You are told that you are surrounded by evil , but a small fee can help remove them.
• Your chakras are closed but can be opened for a small fee
• The psychic suggests that you continue to seek spiritual advice, but only from them.

These are all indicators that the reader is only interested in getting the most money out of you as possible.

Now that you’ve seen the warming signs, how do find the real deal?

You wouldn’t hire someone to fix your roof or even walk your dog without getting recommendations from a trusted source, would you? It’s no different when looking for a psychic adviser.  Ask your friends and other trusted sources about positive experiences they have had.  Don’t worry about fidning anyone; you would be surprised at the number of people who consult psychics for help in the daily lives.

Questions to ask your psychic:

• How long have they been helping people?  (It’s okay if they’re relatively new to readings)
• Do they have a license? Depending on your location, a psychic may be required to have a license of some kind.
• Do they have any kind of training, even if its just in a small group setting.
• Do they have a speciality or preferred medium?

Keep an open, but careful mind

Accurate Psychic Readings | Get The Answers You Seek‎

      I had a lot of calls from customers asking me to do a general reading for them. While I’m happy to do it for them but getting a general reading means it can take a bit longer to get the information these customers really want. It’s kind of like going to the grocery story on your lunch break with no shopping list. You’re racing against the clock to run up and down the aisles, trying to recall everything your need. When you walk out of the store you realize you forgot some of the household essentials. My advice to you, if you want the best reading possible, in the least amount of time, is to forgo a general reading and call your psychic with a prepared list of questions.

Delivering Messages

As a psychic medium and spiritual minister, I have plenty of experience delivering messages to customers, directed by Spirit. Deceased loved ones come forth (concrete evidence that there is life after the change we call death) to share advice and encouragement. This can be a very healing experience for my customers, but these messages are always based on what the deceased loved one has to say. She Knows Best
The last time I knew of my beloved mother using this mysterious magick was in a store. She was a customer looking to purchase an article of jewelry. I’m not quite sure if she bought anything that day, though I know with complete certainty that she ended up bestowing a blessing upon a woman in that store in what would be the last five months of her life.

On this auspicious day, the owner of this jewelry establishment appeared upset. My mom, being the kind soul she was, immediately offered help. “Is there something wrong?” she asked. The woman responded that she’d lost a large sum of money. Anne was quick to respond: “Do you have a glass?” While the owner appeared very confused by this request, she was desperate to try anything that might guide her to her apparent loss.
